Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

Dear Users!

Protection of your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We base it on the following principles:

  1. We DO NOT IDENTIFY individuals (you remain completely anonymous to us)
  2. We DO NOT LINK (the data we collect is not linked to any other data of yours)
  3. We DO NOT PUT YOUR DATA AT RISK (we follow the highest safety standards).

What data we collect

Legal bases

No identification

Data is collected and processed without identifying the person. Since we only have location data and physical device identifiers, identification can be a complex process, even if it is done at your request and with your participation.

Special category data

Smartphone location data may imply your health, religious beliefs, political opinions or other sensitive information. Regardless of the fact that we do not identify specific individuals, the data sets will never be searched and analysed for data that suggests this type of information.

Advertising

We share our application with you completely free of charge. It is expensive to keep the application fully up to date, develop it further and adapt it to changing circumstances. We cover those costs with advertisements displayed in the application. The advertising provider is Google (the Google AdMob service).

In order to display advertisements, the following is provided to Google: the device advertising identifier, approximate location data, information about your device and about the advertisements displayed. Google ensures that the advertising identifier is anonymous and that you can reset it at any time in your system settings.

Personalised advertising and your consent

Advertisements in the application may be displayed in one of two variants:

Which variant is used is decided by your consent alone. We collect it in a separate window, displayed in the application by Google's consent tool (Google User Messaging Platform). That window also presents the full list of advertising technology providers that may process your data.

Withholding consent does not limit how the application works and does not increase the number of advertisements shown — it only means that the advertisements will be non-personalised.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by choosing Settings → Privacy → Ad consent in the application. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

With respect to advertising, Google acts as a separate data controller. The terms on which Google processes data are described in the Google Privacy Policy and in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".

Trusted Partners

To maintain and develop the application we cooperate with partners (referred to as Trusted Partners) who enable it to run.

Google — advertising (AdMob)

Displaying advertisements in the application, on the terms described in the "Advertising" section.

Google — Firebase

Signing in with a Google account, storing photographs, notifications and in-app messages, usage statistics, crash reports and performance measurement.

Google — Maps

Displaying the map and the objects of the game.

Google Play / Apple

Signing in with an Apple account (on iOS devices) and handling the purchase of the ad-free version in the app store.

Accepting this policy in the application

On first launch we ask you to read and accept this document. The acceptance covers the processing described above and is a condition for using the part of the application built around a user account and the competition — declining it means being signed out.

This is a statement separate from consent to personalised advertising. Advertising consent is given exclusively in the Google consent window, and only that consent decides how advertisements are selected.

Data deletion

The location data shall be deleted or irreversibly anonymised at the latest within one year of their collection. If the data is used for a specific marketing campaign, its deletion may be postponed until the end of the campaign, but by no more than six months.

Data controller

The data is collected and processed by Harmony Code Sp. z o.o., 51-180 Wrocław, ul. Geodezyjna 21, e-mail: info@buslive.pl

Your rights

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time. This does not affect the legitimacy of the existing processing. With the withdrawal of your consent, the collection of data from the device will cease. Consent concerning personalised advertising can be withdrawn in the application under Settings → Privacy → Ad consent.

The right of access, correction, deletion, transfer, etc. may be exercised only after prior and unquestionable identification. For identification, a link between your person and the device ID is required. To do so, we may request certain information and/or documents.

You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority about the collection and processing of data.
